Absolutely! If you sign up and find that it's not the right fit, we've got you covered with our refund policy. 

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure you have a positive experience, just reach out within the first month.

To maintain the integrity of the coaching agreement and process, if you sign up but are unable to attend coaching sessions or complete follow-up tasks, refunds are not provided.

We offer three layers of security to ensure the safety and confidentiality of your data:

  1. Username and password protected
  2. Verisign Security certificates (encrypts and digitally signs electronic communications)
  3. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificates are utilized by Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) web pages.

Rest assured, we use the latest security measures to keep your information private and safe. You have exclusive access to your information through a username/password system.

Absolutely! Should you require assistance with any matters that arise between our sessions, feel free to reach out via email.  We can have “just in time” coaching via email.

If any of the offerings on my programs page catch your eye, simply click on the program you're interested in. Then, if you're ready to dive in, hit the "Enroll Now" button and follow the prompts to set up your personal account for accessing the private client area. Once you've enrolled, I'll receive a notification that your account is ready, and I'll be in touch with you shortly after. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process.

Click on your Login Link at programs.mocaleyverdonk.com then, enter the username and password that you created. Don’t have login information yet or are having difficulty? Contact me so we can get an account created for you. 

For improved security, pleased consider using distinct passwords for your various online accounts.

If you simply forgot your password, you can still go to the Login Link. Enter your username and click on the “I Forgot My Password Button”. You will receive an email shortly with your password included.

If you misplaced both your username and your password, contact me via email and I will forward you your information.

Remember that the login information is case-sensitive, so enter it exactly like it was created; if you are unsure what that is, you can contact me via email, and I’ll work with you on figuring this out.

The Welcome Packet is filled with essential forms, documents, and resources that kickstart our coaching journey together. You'll find a "Client Profile" form, a "Goals" form, and a "Discovery" form, along with our coaching agreement, all designed to ensure we hit the ground running before our initial session together.

With at least a 24-hour notice, you can reschedule any appointment by using the online calendaring system:

  1. Email me to advise that you need to reschedule.
  2. To find another appointment, click on the Calendar Link here
  3. Locate blocks of “Available” time
  4. I will receive an email notification letting me know of the new appointment.

Each month, you'll receive an invoice from my practice indicating the amount for that month.  You can:

  1. Bring cash to your next-in-person appointment.
  2. Pay using PayPal or Stripe.
  3. E-transfer.
